Indications:

• Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
• Clomiphene Citrate non responders
• Controlled ovarian stimulation in ART procedures
• Hypogonadotrophic Hypogonadism

Dosage & Administration:

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome & Infertility

Initial Recommended dose of the first cycle is 75 ie / day SC Consider dose adjustment after 5 to 7 days. The dose then increased by 37.5 iu. at weekly intervals.

Follicle Stimulation

For ART, initiate therapy at a dose of 150-225 iu/day SC, until sufficient follicular development is attained Maintenance dose: 75 to 300 iu Maximum daily dose: 600 iu When a sufficient number of follicles of adequate size are present, the final maturation of the follicles is induces by administering Hcg at a dose of 5000 to 10000 iu.
